This agreement is between the artist (Chichrawn) and you (Client).The artist (Chichrawn) is not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service.The Client is responsible for clarifying any unsure policy with Chichrawn.
°✧ GENERAL ✧°
➤ First come, first serve.➤ WIPS will only be provided twice.➤ All commissions are delivered digitally. No physical copies will be sent.➤ Chichrawn has the right to decline or cancel any commission request for any reason.➤ Completion of the artwork will take roughly 1 week - 1 month after commencing. If Chichrawn needs more time, it will be communicated through with the Client.➤ The artist (Chichrawn) has full rights to use the commissioned work for portfolio purposes and work live on stream. Preference for confidentiality must be communicated by the Client beforehand.➤ You (Client) must provide reference images alongside the details of the character. The artist will not accept description-only references. ABSOLUTELY NO AI reference images allowed.➤ You (Client) will communicate in detail your intended usage, and agree to discuss any changes in additional uses with the artist (Chichrawn) at any time during and after the project completion, which may be subject to the artist's approval.

➤ Prices listed are base prices.➤ Payment is accepted via PAYPAL OR GCASH ONLY. All prices are in USD AND PHP.➤ All commissions must be paid FULL UPFRONT. The artist (Chichrawn) will start on your commission only once full payment is given.
°✧ COPYRIGHTS ✧°
➤ All commissioned works are for PERSONAL USE only. Content use, streaming creation, pfp, emotes, banners etc.. are allowed.➤ No commission art is to be edited, altered, or distributed in any way by any party.➤ Re-selling and redistributing the artwork is NOT allowed.➤ Credits to @Chichrawn is mandatory.➤ ALL commissioned works ARE NOT ALLOWED to be used in AI training/creating AI art, or minted into an NFT.
°✧ REFUND POLICY ✧°
➤ No refunds will take place, and the Client agrees not to file a chargeback after a project has been completed.➤ In the event the artist (Chichrawn) is unable to complete the request, a discussed partial refund will be offered based on the current completion of the project.➤ Clients are not guaranteed a full refund.➤ If a project is cancelled due to the client's inability to comply with any Terms of Service, the artist reserves the right to cancel the project without any refunds.
°✧ REVISION / REDRAW POLICY ✧°
➤ By commissioning Chichrawn, the Client agrees that the artwork reflects Chichrawn's level and style at the time of creation.➤ Previous commissions will not be redrawn, revised, or updated for free due to artistic improvement, style changes, or personal preference over time.➤ After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. (Such as small coloring/marking mistakes)➤ Any request to remake or significantly alter a past commission will be treated as a new commission and charged accordingly.
